Hello,
I’d like to report a recurring issue we’re experiencing with our Qodly environment under the Application Plan at $39/month.
Once again today, I logged into my Qodly space and noticed that our server was shut down, even though neither I nor any of my colleagues performed any action to stop it :
When I checked the logs, the last entry was from 28/05/2025 at 6:06 PM :
This suggests the server may have been offline for 4 days.
Additionally, when I try to restart the server, simply starting it is not enough . Although the status changes to “Online,” the studio remains inaccessible :
I have to manually stop it again and then restart it for the studio to finally become accessible :
Is this a known issue ?
